Berghs Accelerator – Stockholm
In collaboration with Berghs School of Communication, we developed an interdisciplinary accelerator program that brought together students from various universities across Stockholm. The initiative fostered business innovation, talent acceleration, and entrepreneurial development by connecting academia with major Swedish companies and government institutions. Through real-world challenges and strategic partnerships, the program became a dynamic platform for bridging education, industry, and public sector innovation—shaping a new generation of creative problem-solvers.

Innovation Hub – Linköping
In collaboration with Linköping University, Linköping Science Park, Mjärdevi Science Park, Saab, and Vinnova, we established an Urban Innovation Hub to activate the strategic partnership between Saab and Embraer. Designed as a catalyst for deep tech innovation, the hub connected students, researchers, and industry experts to tackle real-world challenges in aerospace, defense, and advanced engineering.
By accelerating talent, supporting startup creation, and building agile, demand-driven teams, the initiative positioned the region as a national leader in deep tech development—bridging academia, government, and industry to strengthen Sweden’s role in the global high-tech and defense ecosystem.

Telia – Innovation in Mobile Telecommunications
In partnership with Telia, we developed an acceleration program connecting employees, students, and entrepreneurs to solve real market challenges in the mobile telecommunications sector. The program fostered cross-disciplinary collaboration, accelerated innovation, and generated tangible outcomes: a 35% increase in employees working on business solutions, 85% of challenge demands successfully solved, and the creation of 3 new startups. The initiative strengthened Telia’s internal innovation culture while expanding its ecosystem of future-ready talent and ventures.

Swedish Innovation Framework
In collaboration with Tillväxtverket and Vinnova, we developed the foundational strategies and methodologies to promote and scale innovation across Sweden. By aligning public policy, regional strengths, and ecosystem stakeholders, the initiative created a cohesive national framework to support entrepreneurship, accelerate innovation, and foster long-term economic growth.

Driving Sustainable Innovation in the Energy Sector
In collaboration with Vattenfall, we designed and executed a strategic innovation program focused on applying the latest trends and technologies in sustainability to the energy sector. The initiative mobilized key stakeholders from science, academia, and industry to bring cutting-edge knowledge into actionable programs. We developed acceleration tracks for emerging talent, challenge-based learning for employees and students, and startup engagement around real business needs. The program delivered tangible results: 100% of the proposed challenges were solved, three new startups were launched, and eight top talents were integrated into Vattenfall’s workforce.

Sweden’s First Digital Innovation Hub for Healthcare
In partnership with Tillväxtverket, Vinnova, and Karolinska University, we designed and launched H2 Health Hub — Sweden’s first dedicated hub for digital healthcare innovation. The initiative aimed to accelerate transformation in the healthcare industry by fostering collaboration among startups, academia, and established players. We secured strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including AstraZeneca, and developed tailored methodologies to support startup acceleration and talent development. H2 quickly became a national platform for advancing digital health solutions and strengthening Sweden’s position in global health innovation.

SUP46, Epicenter & Things – Stockholm
In partnership with leading innovation hubs SUP46, Epicenter, and Things, we designed and delivered a series of high-impact events and acceleration programs aimed at empowering talent and early-stage startups. These initiatives connected entrepreneurs, students, investors, and industry leaders to explore emerging tech opportunities and drive collaborative innovation. Over the course of the program, we engaged more than 2,000 participants, helping to cultivate Stockholm’s startup ecosystem and strengthen cross-industry connections.

Driving the Future of Fintech - Klarna
In collaboration with Klarna, we developed and implemented a series of strategic innovation programs — including events, talent accelerators, and hackathons — designed to support Klarna’s core mission of redefining the future of payments and shopping. These initiatives engaged emerging talent, early-stage startups, and Klarna’s internal teams to collaboratively tackle real-world fintech challenges, such as seamless checkout experiences, personalized finance, and customer trust. The programs not only accelerated solution development but also expanded Klarna’s innovation ecosystem, reinforcing its leadership at the forefront of financial technology.

In collaboration with H&M, we developed and delivered a series of innovation-driven events and acceleration programs focused on sustainability and digital solutions in the fashion industry. The initiative brought together top talent, early-stage startups, and H&M’s internal teams to co-design solutions that address real business challenges — from circular fashion models to digital retail experiences. The initiative not only supported startup acceleration and scale-up readiness, but also empowered investors with greater insight into emerging technologies and ventures. As a result, Stockholm’s reputation as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship was further solidified on both national and international stages.

The programs not only increased awareness and engagement within the local creative industry, but also supported the development of new ventures, inspired talent, and amplified Spotify’s role as a cultural and technological leader.
